Whilst viewers in this year's ten participating countries will be able to follow Eurovision Young Dancers 2013 on their televisions, viewers outside of these will be able to watch the entire show live on youngdancers.tv!

Eurovision Young Musician 2012 winner Eiving Holtsmark Ringstad has been nominated for the Statoils Classical Music Scholarship alongside former Eurovision Young Musicians runner-up Guro Kleven Hagen. 

Naomi Druškić, who was the first ever participant from Bosnia-Herzegovina to take part in Eurovision Young Musicians, has carried on her achievements as a pianist since taking part in this year’s event in Vienna.

On Friday May 11 the eyes of the music world were on Vienna for the 2012 Eurovision Young Musicians competition. Thousands of people came to Vienna's Rathausplatz to watch, and millions more enjoyed the television show. Just over one week ago Eivind Holtsmark Ringstad was crowned the winner of Eurovision Young Musicians 2012 after a spectacular open air show in Vienna. Young Musicians.tv caught up with the prize winners!

Eivind Holtsmark Ringstad has won the 2012 Eurovision Young Musicians competition that took place tonight in Vienna, Austria. Eivind, who comes from Norway, played the viola to the delight of the crowd and was chosen as the winner out of seven finalists.  

After last night’s full rehearsal, all of this year’s acts had the chance to relax today on the final trip from the 2012 social programme. Tonight the finalists will perform for the honour of winning Eurovision Young Musicians 2012, whilst the semi-finalists will also be introduced to the pan-European audience.  

It’s a beautiful sunny day here in Vienna- the perfect day for the final of Eurovision Young Musicians 2012. After last night’s dress rehearsal, the seven finalists know that tonight is when it really matters, and one of them will be crowned the winner.  

This afternoon saw two important meetings take place in Vienna- the commentators and Heads of Delegations briefing was preceded by guests from one country hoping to host the next edition of Eurovision Young Musicians. Youngmusicians.tv takes you ‘behind the scenes’ of what happened today!  

This evening the first general rehearsal took place, giving each of the seven finalists a chance to see the open-air stage in a live environment for the first time.
