Lizi Ramishvili will represent Georgia at the Eurovision Classical Music Competition 2012 in Vienna, Austria, after having won a national final comprising of six contestants organized by broadcaster GBP.

Lizi Ramishvili, a cellist since the age of seven, will represent Georgia at the 2012 Eurovision Young Musicians competition this May in Vienna. She won the Georgian national final over five other musicians, which took place on 11 March at the Tbilisi Music centre.

Lizi currently studies at the Zakaria Paliashvili N1 Central Music School and takes professional lessons from professor Tamara Gabarashvili. Over the last six years she has given many concerts, and won several prizes, in Georgia as well as in neighboring Armenia and Russia.
