Greece will be represented in Eurovision Young Musicians 2014, and have revealed how their entrant will be picked!

Over 11 and 12 February, auditions will take place at the Athens State Conservatory in front of a panel of five judges - who will be well-known and prominent musicians with a wide range of instrumental expertise.

In the next few days a promotional trailer will start airing on televoting, radio, and social media; together with details of the selection being communication to national media. Aditionally, HPRT will also contact nation music schools and institutions all over Greece to announce the search.

During the auditions, the musicians, their parents and teachers, jury members, and the announcement of the winner will be filmed for a new promotional video will be used on television, radio and the internet to promote Young Musicians in Greece.

Dionysios Grammenos won Eurovision Young Musicians 2008 for Greece playing clarinet, whilst in 2012 Zacharias Fotis did not pass the semifinal with the same instrument.
