The Eurovision Young Musicians 2014 contest continues today, with our second pre-round show held at WDR’s Funkhaus building in the heart of Cologne’s city centre.

The pre-round is new to the contest and been a major change since the last contest in 2012, that will give our performers more chance to impress our judges. The pre-round counts for half of each musician’s total score which is then combined with the judges results at the final on Saturday to find a winner.

This afternoon seven contestants performed for our judges: Bartosz Kolsut for Poland, André Gunko for Portugal, Vassilis Digos for Greece, Judith Stapf for hosts Germany, Albin Uusijärvi for Sweden, Martin Kot for the Czech Republic and Livyka Shtirbu-Sokolov for Moldova.

If you didn’t have chance to stream the first pre-round on you can watch it anytime on demand here.
