Vienna is one of the most central cities in Europe, and due to its location has played an important role through many centuries of European History.
Situated in the heart of Europe, along the Alps, and at not lower than 500 meters above sea-level, Austria has a long history dating back to the 17th century through the Habsburg dynasty.
Vienna’s Rathausplatz is one of the most iconic places in the city. With the spectacular ‘Rathaus’ (City Hall) as its backdrop, the venue will host the Eurovision Young Musicians competition for the fourth time this year.
